Allen mitchell offices

The Allen Mitchell building was a wood-framed, panelized building with a masonry and storefront exterior. The building was made up of three suites, two of which were built out and finished for two different owners. The third suite was left as a shell space for a future buildout. Woodruff Construction got involved early in the project to help value-engineer and provide initial budgeting cost for the building. The owner was only going to build two of the three suites in the beginning, due to cost restrictions, but with Woodruff’s early involvement, we were able to help save cost and do the addition during the rest of the build.
