Choice Medical

This new construction project houses a showroom, offices, inventory and vehicle storage areas for a medical assistive devices supply company. The brick and stucco clad building is a hybrid structural steel and load-bearing light gage metal structure, taking advantage of economies offered by each system. A unique canopy structure and on-grade entry allow protected, ADA accessible entry into the building for special needs clients. Additional leasable suites were designed with similar features to create a unified facade appearance.
