Creative Cakes

This project consisted of a 3,000 sf remodel of a tenant space in the Crossroads Mall in Fort Dodge. Previously used as a US Cellular store, this space was converted into a fully-functional bakery. The remodeled space includes an office, public restrooms, scullery, bakery, decorating space, bar seating, and public seating area. Special features include an uncovered stone and brick wall which was once the exterior of the mall, radiused walls, ceilings, and counter tops, and vinyl plank flooring in all public areas.
