CSBank Addition and Remodel

This project consisted of a 2,800 SF wood-framed addition to the existing bank, nearly doubling their current building space, followed by renovations in the existing space. The addition contains six new offices, a conference room with a sliding glass partition wall, a breakroom featuring a three-sided fireplace that can be seen by the public through full-height aluminum storefront windows, and public restrooms. Renovations included new finishes such as cloud ceilings, acoustical panel ceilings, carpet and porcelain tile, paint, and a large greeter’s station. The exterior of the building addition was seamlessly transitioned from the existing space utilizing brick and limestone, EIFS, and asphalt shingles. Woodruff helped the client achieve their goals by working with them daily to ensure their expectations were met as progress was made.
