The Davis County Law Enforcement Center project was overseen by a construction manager, and Woodruff Construction performed the general trades bid package that included everything except mechanical, electrical, plumbing, sprinkler, and security. The project consisted of a semi-secure office area and a fully-secure area for cells. With multiple prime contractors working on this project and with the intricacies of the jail and security systems, Woodruff Construction worked closely with the construction manager to complete all the necessary details to pass the final jail inspection.
