Farmers State Bank - New Tiffin Branch

This design-build project was the first commercial building in a new development within the City of Tiffin. The building was a combination of wood framing and steel construction. Vaulted ceilings with second-story windows highlight the eye-catching custom fan in the lobby. The bank owners had a vision to create an inviting building for their new branch that would anchor their presence in the corridor area. Woodruff Construction helped them see their vision come to life through active collaboration and involvement in both the preconstruction phase and the construction phase.
