As construction manager Woodruff Construction was involved from the early stages of this project, providing input in the design to meet the owner’s tight schedule requirements and updating the budget to reflect design decisions. This wood-framed structure has an EIFS exterior shell and an old diner décor feel inside. This fast-paced project required careful coordination between all subcontractors and vendors.
