Hawkeye Community College Techworks

This project is located on the second floor (16,700 SF) of the Techworks building, which once served John Deere’s Waterloo Tractor Works in the Early 1920s. This included the removal of concrete toppings, miscellaneous demolition of existing walls, updated mechanical and electrical systems, and interior finishes (including custom millwork/casework, window treatments, painting, acoustical ceiling/wall treatments, floor coverings, and aluminum entrances).
