Living Word Church

This project is on our Northwest Region. It included a 5,000 SF steel frame addition to the existing Living Word Church, creating a refreshing enhancement to their curb appeal and a welcoming new “first impression” for guests. The addition provides expanded space for the congregation to gather and includes a foyer, coffee shop, office space, and classroom areas. Throughout the project, we delivered extensive pre-construction services, such as value engineering to meet budget goals and constructability solutions to optimize overall pricing
