Logan Contractor Supply is a 15,000 square foot pre-engineered metal building which included 8,000 square feet of warehouse/garage space, 7,000 square foot of finished office and retail space, and a 2,500 square foot mezzanine. Customized precast panels featured a fish scale design of the Logan “L” and were later stained bright red. The owner had an aggressive schedule to meet for the project and Woodruff worked closely with VP Buildings to fast track the building since there were a lot of architectural items added to make it unique.
