On May 1, 2018 Woodruff Construction entered into a design-build agreement. Just ten weeks later, design was complete and a permit was granted for construction. From mid-July until its completion in May 2019, Woodruff’s design-build team worked closely with the owner to deliver a fast-tracked project including 35,000 SF of manufacturing space, a 10,000 SF truck bay, and 10,000 SF of office space. Despite running into many weather-related issues, Woodruff was able to push to stay on track and give the owner the results they needed.
