Martin Marietta
This project consisted of a new rock crusher placed 350 feet below ground, foundations and structures to get the crushed rock to the surface, and new foundations and structures to process the rock into various products sold by Martin Marietta. Woodruff Construction placed all the concrete foundations for the buildings and erected the steel structures on a portion of them. We worked hand-in-hand with Martin Marietta engineers to work through the logistics of navigating through the mine, to the surface, and across the creek with conveying system foundations and structures.
