Monroe County Public Health

Complete demo and renovation of the half of the approximately 6,000 SF public health building – including structural steel and layout changes. New offices, work rooms and vaccine rooms and restrooms were constructed to better service the community. The complete exterior façade was removed and reconstructed due to water damage. Great care was taken by the crews to limit interior interference and damage to places where existing interior finishes were to remain. The exterior consists of multiple material types including cement board, corrugated panels, composite wall panels and metal trim that had to be planned for integration and coordination.
