Monroe Place Apartments

Monroe Place Apartments was a renovation of the historic Monroe Elementary School, originally built in 1961. The project was funded by historical tax credits to convert the former school into a 19-unit apartment building with a social common space. Each apartment was constructed to keep much of the classroom look and feel. The exterior and hallways of the building maintain their original look for the final completion to meet the historical credit.
