Central Place Apartments

Originally known as the Beh Building in Fort Dodge, Iowa, this six-story building was renovated with historical grant assistance into thirty-one apartments. The existing condition of the building was very poor due to abandonment the twenty years prior to construction. Most floors were gutted with the exception of the corridor walls and stairs. The original storefronts and plaster was maintained along the public side of these walls.
