New Cooperative

The New Cooperative building previously functioned as a beauty school in Fort Dodge, Iowa. The space was expanded to approximately 3500 sf and remodeled for use as the New Cooperative office building. The unique interior, which contains a 1000+ sf board room, was based on an agricultural theme. The finishes include corrugated galvanized metal panels which represent a grain bin, a sliding door similar to that found in a barn, lights in the formation of a tractor tread, and a floor made of stained concrete to resemble an aerial view of agricultural fields. The reception desk was also custom designed to match the interiors.
