St. Mark’s UMC was looking to add additional building space and expand their facility for youth activities and ministry. Woodruff Construction and the design team were able to construct a space that met their needs and budge. The building was a 6,000 SF add-on to an existing structure using methods consisting of concrete walls below grade, hollow core flooring and framed ground level exterior walls. The addition includes new classrooms in the basement and ground floor with two large congregation spaces on both floors to be used as space for youth ministry and activities.
