Habitat for Humanity of Central Iowa is building a new wheelchair-accessible duplex for two families in Ames, IA this summer. Woodruff Construction joined in the volunteer efforts by providing labor, materials, and equipment to place and finish the 2,300 sq. ft. basement floor. This project required 30 cubic yards of concrete and many helping hands. Woodruff’s Field Operations Manager, Dave Warren, was there to pitch in and oversee the work. “We are happy to partner with Habitat for Humanity to help families in our community,” said Warren. “We believe everyone should have a nice place to call home.”
