To further commemorate its 60th anniversary, Woodruff ramped up its volunteer efforts to give back. The company chose special projects that would directly benefit its local communities.
In Ames the City was building a new park, so Woodruff jumped in to donate labor and material for the concrete sidewalks as well as a small shelter.
In Tiffin Woodruff placed brand new concrete at the fire station for the Tiffin Fire Department.
In Waterloo Woodruff helped clean up Lincoln Park and Soldier Park by removing old mulch and spreading new mulch in the planting and flower beds.
