Preservation Iowa announced its 2020 “Preservation at Its Best” award winners at its annual summit earlier this month. The Rural Forge project in Jefferson, Iowa took home the award in the Large Commercial category.
For this noteworthy project Woodruff rehabilitated a rural, historic building into a state-of-the-art tech office space. More information can be found on the Preservation Iowa website.
