The Corridor Business Journal has announced the details of its March Power Breakfast to be held on March 4, 2015 in Cedar Rapids.
Teresa Hay McMahon, founder and past president of the Iowa Lean Consortium, will lead a panel discussion on ways to bring LEAN’s improvement methodology to non-manufacturing businesses. This interactive event provides a sharing of field expertise from Corridor LEAN leaders and encourages audience Q&A’s for an in-depth look into the subject.
Woodruff Construction's East Region President, Nick Ford, will be featured as a panelist, along with John Burke, Quality Improvement Coordinator of Iowa Department of Human Services; Keith Graff, Vice President of MidWestOne Bank; Candace McKeever, Director, Enterprise Planning of Rockwell Collins; and Sabi Singh, Co-Chief Operating Officer of University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics.
This event marks the first of three installments of the 2015 Power Breakfast Series. The August Power Breakfast will address “Immigration & The Workforce – one solution to Iowa’s Workforce Shortage,” and the November Power Breakfast will cover “Cyber Security – Protecting your business now.”
