On February 1, 1956 two Iowa State University graduates took a chance by starting a general contracting firm in Fort Dodge, Iowa. Now, after six decades of experience, Woodruff Construction has grown to include over 130 employees and four locations across Iowa.

Recognizing outstanding projects from the previous year, Varco Pruden Buildings has announced its 2015 Hall of Fame winners. Woodruff Construction, LLC was awarded Best of Retail for its Van Wall Equipment project in Nevada, IA.

The Corridor Business Journal has announced the details of its March Power Breakfast to be held on March 4, 2015 in Cedar Rapids. Woodruff Construction's East Region President, Nick Ford, will be featured as a panelist.
